Refunds Policy

This Refunds Policy explains how refunds may be handled for paid products, subscriptions, digital content, presets, licenses, and related services offered by iLA Soft Co., Ltd. for idolLiveAudio.
1. Free downloads
If idolLiveAudio is provided as a free download, no purchase is made and no refund is applicable.
2. Paid products and subscriptions
If we offer paid plans, subscriptions, licenses, preset packs, marketplace purchases, or other digital products, refund eligibility may depend on the product type, payment provider, platform rules, usage status, local consumer law, and the reason for the request.
3. Refund request window
Unless a different period is required by applicable law or stated at checkout, you may contact us within 14 days of purchase to request a refund review.
4. When refunds may be approved
- you were charged incorrectly or more than once;
- the paid product was not delivered or could not be activated due to an issue on our side;
- a technical issue prevents normal use and we cannot reasonably resolve it;
- the purchase is required to be refunded under applicable consumer protection law.
5. When refunds may be declined
- the product has been substantially used, activated, downloaded, or consumed;
- the request is made after the applicable refund window;
- the issue is caused by unsupported hardware, unsupported operating systems, missing third-party plugins, or third-party services outside our control;
- the purchase was made through a third-party platform and must be handled by that platform;
- we detect abuse, fraud, chargeback misuse, or repeated refund patterns.
6. Third-party purchases
If you purchased through a payment provider, app store, marketplace, reseller, or third-party platform, the refund may be governed by that provider's refund rules. We may not be able to issue a refund directly for purchases processed outside our own checkout system.
7. Presets and digital content
Presets, sound assets, downloadable content, and other digital goods may become non-refundable after access, download, activation, or substantial use, unless required otherwise by applicable law or explicitly stated at checkout.
8. Subscription cancellation
Cancelling a subscription stops future billing but does not automatically refund past charges. If required by law or approved by us, a refund may be issued separately.
9. Chargebacks
If you dispute a charge with your bank or payment provider, your account, license, or access may be temporarily suspended while the dispute is reviewed. Contacting us first often resolves billing issues faster.
10. How to request a refund
Email [email protected] with your account email, order ID, purchase date, product name, and reason for the request. We may ask for additional information to verify the transaction.
11. Processing time
Approved refunds are usually submitted to the payment provider within a reasonable time. The final posting time depends on your bank, card issuer, payment provider, or platform.
12. Mandatory rights
Nothing in this Policy limits any mandatory consumer rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
