Terms of Service

These Terms govern your access to and use of idolLiveAudio, idolliveaudio.com, account services, downloads, licensing, Preset Store, Producer Portal, software updates, and related services provided by iLA Soft Co., Ltd..

By using the services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the services.

1. The service

idolLiveAudio is a Windows application for live vocal workflows, including vocal processing, music playback, presets, soundboard, recording, routing, accounts, licensing, and updates.

2. Accounts

Some features require an account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

3. Software license

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use idolLiveAudio for its intended purpose.

You may not reverse engineer, crack, resell, rent, redistribute, bypass license limits, remove notices, or use the software to violate law or third-party rights.

4. Third-party plugins and services

idolLiveAudio may host or interoperate with VST3 plugins, audio drivers, livestream platforms, payment gateways, and third-party services. You are responsible for valid licenses for third-party plugins or services you use.

5. Producer content and Preset Store

When you upload beats, presets, metadata, or other content, you represent that you have the rights to provide it and that it does not violate third-party rights. We may moderate, reject, or remove content where necessary.

6. Payments and taxes

Prices, license terms, payment methods, and usage limits will be shown on purchase or checkout pages. You are responsible for applicable taxes or fees.

7. Software updates

Some updates may be required for security, compatibility, licensing, or continued service access.

8. Acceptable use

You may not attack, scan, spam, over-scrape, impersonate, upload malware, abuse APIs, or disrupt the platform, other users, or third-party rights.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, lost revenue, failed livestreams, data loss, or issues caused by hardware, plugins, drivers, or third-party services.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if an account violates these Terms, creates security risk, abuses the service, or fails to pay required fees.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam unless mandatory consumer protection law requires otherwise.
